The Mayflower No 246

The first issue of our Journal, The Mayflower, was in October 1954. With a few interuptions it has been issued regularly ever since. It aims to keep members informed about Club matters, provide a focus for members' views and publish articles about United States stamps and postal history.

The first issue (Edited by John Amos) contained an Editorial saying: "The circulation of information is the basic function of this magazine and so please let us have your help". Articles, letters and any useful information about United States philately are welcomed, and sometimes relevant articles are reprinted from other sources.

For members there is a separate Members' Area where they can access all recent copies of The Mayflower using the address given them. The address is changed from time to time to prevent unauthorised access by non-members.
